Today, Marcio is a skilled barber at our flagship Lazarou Cardiff Castle branch, located on Duke Street in Cardiff city centre — one of the most highly reviewed and respected salons in Wales. His success story continues to inspire others within our teams, proving that with determination and the right environment, excellence can always be achieved.
